Tomas is the Service Manager & Operations Director at The Dawn Practice and a qualified business and information professional with over 20 years of experience. He oversees the operational side of the service, including governance, procurement, resource coordination, and systems development.
 

Working closely with the Clinical Director, Tomas is involved in the strategic direction of the practice while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. He works alongside the clinical and administrative teams to develop efficient workflows and foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

He is particularly interested in improvement methodology, resource planning and development, and approaches that promote knowledge sharing.
