Natalie McCarron is an Associate Speech & Language Therapist at The Dawn Practice and is HCPC registered. She has 7 years of post-qualification experience supporting children, young people, and adults across both NHS and private sector services.

Natalie specialises in neurodevelopmental assessment, with expertise in autism, ADHD, FASD, and complex developmental profiles. She is trained and experienced in using gold-standard tools such as the ADOS-2 (Modules 1–4) and ADI-R, alongside standardised assessments like the CELF-5. She combines these with clinical observation, informal tools, and close collaboration with families, educators, and professionals to provide a holistic understanding of each client’s strengths and needs.

Her background includes significant experience in multidisciplinary teams within NHS Lanarkshire and specialist private services, where she has worked on assessments from early childhood through to adulthood. She brings a compassionate, person-centred approach, ensuring that client and family voices are embedded throughout her work.
