Bio

 
Heather is an Occupational Psychologist at The Dawn Practice and is a Chartered Psychologist registered with the HCPC (PYL16211) and the British Psychological Society (BPS: 83137). She has over 20 years of experience working with young people and adults across public and private sectors, with expertise in psychological assessment, training and development, coaching, and talent management.

 

Heather specialises in diagnostic assessments for specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia, as well as workplace needs assessments for neurodiverse clients. She also provides strategy coaching, neurodiversity training, and professional supervision.

 

Her approach is warm, empathetic, and client-centred, grounded in evidence-based practice. Heather empowers clients to recognise their strengths and overcome barriers, while also supporting schools, universities, and workplaces to put effective measures in place that promote both individual wellbeing and organisational success.
