Bio

 
Dr. Raghuram Krishnasamy is a Consultant Psychiatrist at The Dawn Practice, specialising in child and adolescent mental health. He is registered with the GMC and has worked in the NHS since 2006, bringing broad experience from roles in secure care, addictions, and general psychiatry before specialising in young people’s mental health.

Since completing higher training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in 2017, he has worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist in NHS Scotland. He supports children and adolescents with a wide range of neurodevelopmental differences and mental health conditions including ADHD, autism, tic disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, psychosis, and eating disorders.

Dr. Krishnasamy is experienced in working collaboratively with young people and families to develop care plans, as well as in prescribing and monitoring medication for conditions such as ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
