Bio

 
Dr. Watson is an Associate Clinical Psychologist at The Dawn Practice, registered with the HCPC (PYL20592) and a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. She has over 20 years of NHS experience, including working as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), before moving into private practice.

 

She works with all age groups – children, adolescents, and adults – providing assessment and therapy for a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, trauma, phobias, and behavioural concerns.

 

Dr. Watson has particular expertise in child and adolescent mental health and in assessing and diagnosing neurodevelopmental differences such as autism and ADHD. Her therapeutic work draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Behavioural/Parenting approaches. She is also experienced in Cognitive Remediation Therapy (CRT).
