Bio

 
Carole Hughes is a Nurse Specialist at The Dawn Practice, and a Registered Mental Health Nurse and Independent Prescriber (NMC Registered: 93H0080S). She brings over 25 years of NHS experience in child and adolescent mental health, having worked in both community and inpatient services.

Carole has extensive expertise in supporting children and families with complex mental health needs, offering assessment and therapeutic interventions. In recent years, she has specialised in ADHD across the lifespan, providing assessments, post-diagnostic support, psychoeducation, and ongoing medication monitoring.

She combines her wealth of clinical experience with a compassionate approach, ensuring families feel supported at every stage of care.
